PROJECT BRIEF

Airvine specializes in high-capacity wireless solutions. The WaveTunnel is a fast, reliable indoor wireless system with minimal deployment time and cost.

PROTOTYPE

To verify the fitting of interior components, an alpha prototype was created, which can be suspended from the ceiling using a metal bracket. A heat sink array was incorporated to dissipate heat from the two side PCBs. This prototype was utilized to internally validate the colors, materials, and finishes on the plastic and metal parts.

FINAL DESIGN

The final design was presented through visual renders, highlighting a removable cover plate and a soft, attractive form factor. Notable features of the design include an internal heat sink array, numerous I/O ports, and the capability to be mounted from the ceiling.
